Chapter 114: Thanksgiving Arc: Four

Chapter 114: Thanksgiving Arc: Four

The first snow of the season fell down, landing on Aurora’s nose. She wiped it off with her mitten covered hands.

Crunch, crunch!

It was so cold, the grass crunched beneath her shoes. She patted her moped and sat down, starting the engine. She sat there for a while just thinking, think that Thanksgiving was in just a week and soon Christmas would be right around the corner. Then...the semester would be over.

The Omega sighed and pulled out from the driveway, her backpack where it needed to be. Things had begun to shimmer down with Shatwa. Omegas were being diligent around her, making sure they weren’t alone with her. Aurora did the same.

She pulled into the parking lot and met with Gordan. The two walking to their first class together.

"Where is everyone?" She asked the Beta.

"Some of them had meetings or practice," he said. They stopped by their lockers to pull out some items when Shatwa stepped up to Aurora.

"Hey Aurora," the Alpha said, causing Aurora to jump. "You, uh, you doing okay?"

Aurora turned to look at Shatwa. She looked unkempt, stressed, but then with a rape charge on her, that made sense.

Aurora nodded and walked away after saying she needed to go to class, leaving Shatwa standing there. She didn’t want to talk to her. She just couldn’t bring herself to do it. She just wanted to get to class, get as far away from the Alpha and whispers as she could.

The Omega walked into her classroom and sat down, pulling out her notebook and pen. She didn’t look at anyone else in the room, just stared at the blank page in front of her. She didn’t want to see anyone’s pitying glances or hear their whispers. She felt bad for the victim still, no one seemed to be acknowledging that there was a young girl who was raped in the woods not too long ago. And no one...no one knew anything about that victim.

Aurora sighed, and sat up straight to begin class.

Ding

!

Aurora pulled out her cellphone to see a text from Shatwa. She rolled her eyes and sighed. The text read that Shatwa wanted to speak with her, explain herself. That it wasn’t that bad.

The Omega told Shatwa to meet her at Judy’s in about half an hour so they could talk. Aurora managed to get there right as Brie clocked in and as her own mother was seen in the back cooking.

"Aurora, what are you doing here?" Her mother asked.

"I’m meeting with Shatwa," she responded to the Omega, going to her seat that she usually went to at the mirror.

Lacy shook her head, not liking this. "Isn’t that the one that did the rape?" Aurora nodded her head while her mother was disappointed. "Aurora..."

"I’m meeting her here. She just wants to talk. Imma hear her out and then Imma go home," Aurora explained to her mother.

"No, you’re gonna hear her out and Imma have one of the twins come down and pick you up," her mother said instead.

Aurora sighed, nodded her head. She knew her mother was worried, especially with Shatwa being an Alpha. Aurora sat at her usual seat near the mirror, looking at her reflection. She looked tired. Her eyes were rimmed with just exhaustion, her hair pulled back into a messy bun. She needed to see her therapist that Friday for sure!

She sighed and pulled out her phone, scrolling through her messages. She saw a few from her friends, asking if she was okay, if she needed anything. She didn’t respond. She didn’t want to talk about it. She didn’t want to think about it. She just wanted to get this over with.

Outside, the snow was falling harder now, thick flakes sticking to the windows of Judy’s Diner. The neon sign buzzed faintly, casting a pinkish glow on the wet pavement. Aurora traced a finger along the condensation on the windowpane, drawing meaningless patterns.

She felt the cold seep through the glass, a welcome numbness against the turmoil inside. Her reflection stared back, pale, drawn, the thought of what Shatwa was going to say to her. She tugged her hoodie sleeves down over her hands, hiding her fingers.

The two were quiet as they sat across from on another. Aurora could feel her mother’s eyes on her. She didn’t dare look to see her mother watching while she placed plates at the window.

"So..." Aurora started. "My sires are going to be here soon so it may be a good idea to start talking," the Omega said.

Shatwa nodded her head. "I...I always had these fantasies of doing it." Aurora licked her lips, feeling a bit nervous at what Shatwa was going to say. "You know, I even have a doll." The Alpha gulped. Hoping no one was listening to their conversation.

"What are you saying," Aurora asked, unsure if her eyes were telling her the truth.

"I always had a fantasy to do it...to committ rape..." Shatwa finally said.

Aurora felt the diner’s vinyl booth suddenly tilt beneath her. The clatter of dishes from the kitchen sounded impossibly distant, muffled by the roaring in her ears. Shatwa’s confession hung between them, thick and toxic as spilled oil.

Aurora stared at the chipped laminate tabletop, a hairline fracture running through its faux wood grain, until her vision blurred. Her fingers curled into fists under the table, nails biting crescents into her palms. The cold from the window seemed to seep deeper now, frosting her bones.

Shatwa shifted across the booth, her boot scraping against the gritty tile floor. Her gaze darted toward the kitchen doorway, where Aurora’s mother stood frozen, a plate of steaming fries forgotten in her hands.

The pink neon sign outside flickered, staining Shatwa’s cheekbones a sickly rose. Aurora watched a single snowflake melt against the window beside her, tracing a slow, crooked path downward.

Aurora sat in the passenger’s seat of Salmona’s truck. New and pristine that she recently bought. She looked over every now and then to check in on her daughter. Aurora was silent. When they got to a stop light, Salmona touched her daughters arm.

"Are you okay?" The Alpha asked.

Aurora shook her head. She wasn’t. Not after what Shatwa had just told her while at the restaurant. It was so twisted.

She opened her mouth to speak but couldn’t find the words to allow them out.

"Don’t worry, you can, uh, stay quiet for a bit," Salmona said. The drive continued onward as they made their way home, the snow steadily continuing to fall.

Aurora stared out the window, watching the snowflakes dance and swirl in the truck’s headlights. Each one seemed to catch the light for just a moment before disappearing into the darkness beyond.

She traced the path of one particularly large flake with her eyes, following it as it drifted downward, landing softly on the windshield before being swept away by the wipers. The rhythmic thump-thump of the wipers became a steady beat in the silence of the cab.

Inside the truck, the air felt thick, charged with the unsaid horror of Shatwa’s confession. Aurora’s skin prickled, remembering the Alpha’s raw, unsettling words, the casual admission of a fantasy twisted into reality.

She pulled her knees up onto the seat, hugging them tightly, trying to make herself smaller against the vastness of the betrayal and the falling snow outside. The heater blasted lukewarm air, carrying the faint, metallic tang of the new truck’s interior mixed with the damp wool scent of her mittens drying on the dash.

Shatwa sat in the back seat of her car with an Omega in between her legs. Some Omega who saw her on the news, who thought she was ’hot’ who didn’t care that Shatwa had a reputation. She wanted Shatwa’s clit.

Shatwa sat with her head leaning back on the head rest of her car, her breath coming out with ease and pleasure. Now and then, she made eye contact with the Omega but preferred it when the Omega just focused on sucking her off.

The Alpha hitched her breath, feeling her cum about to shoot. She took her shaft from the Omega’s mouth and jerked off. Her cum spilled out onto the Omega’s face, coating her with sexual paint.

Shatwa quickly pulled her pants up and looked at the Omega. "Alright, you can leave," she said.

The Omega nodded and climbed out of the car, wiping her face with her sleeve. Shatwa watched her walk away, disappearing into the snowy evening. The Alpha sighed and leaned back, closing her eyes. She felt a strange mix of satisfaction and emptiness. It was nice to have someone want her, but it didn’t change anything. Not really.

She started the car and pulled out onto the road. The snow was falling even harder now, coating the streets in a thick layer of white. Shatwa drove slowly, her mind drifting back to Aurora’s face in the diner. The shock, the disgust. She gripped the steering wheel tighter. Why did she even try to explain? No one would understand her fantasies, her desires. They were hers alone.
