Chapter 517: Steps To Transcend The Third Mortal Coil.
In order to transcend the third mortal coil, he must first fill up all of his life seed with energy. The next thing he has to do is make sure that he has mastered the host technique to 100%.

The most important factor that determines the number of life seeds that can be fused is the mastery of the host technique, not the level of transformation of the host technique.
