Victoria was shocked to see her husband, who had saved her. She felt like scolding Ansel for revealing her secret to Matthias, even though she had promised to keep quiet. After getting through this difficult time, she wanted to scold her best friend.

Matthias narrowed his eyes, warily monitoring the evil lawyer’s movements. His right hand was still pressed against his wife’s lips. He had been observing the lawyer for several minutes, but finally, the lawyer left the scene, allowing him and Victoria to breathe a sigh of relief.
"Matthias, what are you doing here?" Victoria scolded sharply.
Matthias smiled casually, gripping his wife’s hand tightly. "Of course I want to look for evidence with you."
"Was it Ansel who told you about my plan?"
"No. But I was planning on looking for evidence today. I didn’t expect to meet again in a place like this."
Victoria rolled her eyes as she released her husband’s hand. "I can find it myself. I don’t want to involve you anymore."
"I will tell you everything. My real plan."
"But, I still won’t let you help me. You’ve already helped me so much."
Matthias smiled mischievously and leaned his head closer to his wife’s face. "Then I won’t tell you my real plan."
Victoria widened her eyes. "What plan?"
"Anyway, you have to let me accompany you now. Don’t worry, I won’t interfere. Since you’re stubborn and don’t want me to help you, I’ll have to act as your personal bodyguard for now."
Victoria nodded, touching her husband’s sleeve. "Okay, I guess you’ll have to accompany me. I’ve been afraid of the dark for a while now."
"That’s why I still want to accompany you here. I don’t mean to interfere, but I know that you have always been very afraid of the dark, especially when you are alone here."
For a moment, Victoria felt her heart pound at the sound of her husband’s soft voice. "We’d better not talk too much."
In the end, Victoria was forced to allow her husband to sneak into her father’s lawyer’s office. In fact, there was one thing she hadn’t checked yet, a secret safe in the corner of the room. If there weren’t any important documents on the desk or on the shelves, the safe would be the safe’s safe.

Victoria immediately entered the passcode for her stepmother’s birthday. Her guess was spot on. Finally, the safe door opened. She retrieved the documents one by one, most notably finding the original will her father had drawn up. Her eyes welled up as she read the contents of the will, which was actually addressed to her.
"Dad, I finally found your will. I’m definitely going to arrest Gianna for manipulating it."
Not only was the will kept in this safe, but even worse, Victoria was shocked to find a file containing documents related to the accident she had experienced two years earlier. How could it be in this safe? Had Gianna really planned to kill her from the start? But now that her plan failed, Gianna has instructed this lawyer to cover up the accident?
"Matthias... I’ve found the evidence. Gianna has been proven to have wanted to kill me all along."

"But how?"

Victoria shook her head quickly. "I still have things to finish here."
"Do you want to sneak into Gianna’s room?"
"Because I want to arrest her on charges of embezzling company funds as well. He’s been making you miserable and blackmailing you. I want to return all the money you’ve given me over the years."
Matthias smiled casually, patting his wife’s head. "Okay, I won’t stop you. After all, my job here is simply to be your bodyguard."
After infiltrating the legal team, Victoria and Matthias now infiltrate the executive team. Victoria is disgusted to see Fransisca taking over her father’s office, despite the fact that she truly deserves the position. After revealing all this truth, will Fransisca truly hand over the leadership position to her?
Victoria entered her stepmother’s room relying solely on her fingerprints. Now it’s time for her to begin her hunt for crucial documents to uncover the crimes her stepmother committed long ago.
As before, Victoria searched the cabinet for important documents first. If nothing suspicious was found, she would have to open the safe again. However, she suspected the access code must be related to the D&C Group, as her stepmother was obsessed with the company.
