On the other side, the pilots of two Chinook helicopters were also controlled, and everything proceeded smoothly.
Ye Tian: "Take the others away. I'll interrogate this one."
He lifted a middle-aged man and placed him beside a rock. He then touched the man's forehead, and he regained consciousness, though his gaze was vacant, as Ye Tian had already controlled him.
"What is your name, and what position do you hold in the Search Bureau?" he asked.
The middle-aged man: "I am Ikeda Goro, the deputy captain of the First Brigade, and the person in charge of this operation."
Ye Tian: "Where is your headquarters?"
The middle-aged man: "In a headquarters building of a Japanese enterprise in Kyoto."
"I heard that the items you've collected in recent years are all stored in one place. Do you know that place?"
The middle-aged man: "Yes, it's in an underground warehouse in Hedong Province."
"Is it guarded?"
"Yes. We have stationed a large number of experts there."
Ye Tian said to Ren Ping, "Prepare the aircraft, and let's go to the enemy's warehouse. I want to see how much they've found over the years."
Ren Ping directly summoned two pilots to fly the two Chinook helicopters, and with his men, they flew towards the underground warehouse in Hedong Province.
On the plane, Ren Ping reported the operation to his superiors. They praised him greatly and ordered him to capture the Japanese intelligence network.
Ikeda Goro was also on the plane; his assistance was indispensable for this trip.
"Ikeda Goro, are you connected to the local Japanese intelligence network?"
"We cooperate frequently," Ikeda Goro replied.
"Can you help us find this intelligence network?" Ye Tian asked.
Ikeda Goro said, "I can assist in finding their leader."
Ren Ping: "As long as we can find their leader, the rest will be easy."
After flying for over two hours, the plane landed at a factory operated by the Japanese. The factory was located in the suburbs, surrounded by farmland.
As the helicopters landed, inquiries came from within the factory. Ikeda Goro responded, "We've found some new items and are ordered to deliver them."
Thus, the helicopters successfully landed within the factory. A group of Japanese people also came forward, ready to receive the items. However, as soon as they appeared, they were controlled by the people who disembarked from the aircraft.
Subsequently, Ye Tian assisted Ren Ping in taking control of the entire factory. The factory was guarded by a master of the Human Immortal level, but unfortunately, he was too weak in front of Ye Tian and was subdued in a single encounter. Fifteen minutes later, the hundreds of Japanese inside the factory were controlled. Ye Tian controlled the Japanese expert of the Human Immortal level and had him lead the way to the warehouse entrance.
The warehouse entrance was an electronic door requiring a password and fingerprint to enter. As the electronic door opened, a long corridor was revealed. Ye Tian and Ren Ping entered first.
Passing through the corridor, they found a massive warehouse covering thousands of square meters. Inside were various cabinets and shelves, upon which were placed a large quantity of items of diverse types.
At a glance, Ye Tian saw books, porcelain, calligraphy and paintings, jade, and even some ancient talismans and ritualistic artifacts.
Ren Ping cursed, "These bastards really collect everything."
Ye Tian picked up a book and found it to be a long-lost rare edition, containing content of immense historical research value.
He then picked up a piece of ancient jade, palm-sized, inscribed with mysterious bird-like characters and runes. He immediately concluded that the characters on the ancient jade were related to cultivation.
He said to Ren Ping, "Old Ren, the value of these items cannot be measured in money. Quickly find some experts to classify and research them."
Ren Ping nodded, "Alright! Leader, if you need any of these items, feel free to take them."
Ye Tian nodded. He searched around the warehouse and found a bronze chest that gave him a special feeling. The chest was over thirty centimeters high, about forty centimeters long, and twenty to thirty centimeters wide. It used a mechanical hidden lock, making it difficult to open.
Ye Tian didn't have time to study it and had people carry the chest onto the plane.
After assigning guards to the location, he and Ren Ping flew to the capital, the headquarters of these Japanese.
Before dawn, the Search Bureau's headquarters within the territory was apprehended in its entirety, and a large number of Japanese were arrested. That night, the Japanese side lodged a protest, demanding the release of their people, but no one paid them any attention.
