"Since you are ungrateful, I shall not be polite!" the Tiger Clan leader sneered, and with a forceful palm strike, he surged directly towards Jiu Wei.
He had been holding back earlier, giving Jiu Wei a chance to submit and be brought under the Tiger Clan's control.
However, it now seemed that no matter what he did, the Fox Clan people had no intention of yielding.
Since that was the case, he saw no need to hold back any longer. He would simply annihilate the Fox Clan, thus eliminating any future trouble.

At that very moment, a tremendous, desolate roar erupted, seeming to shake the very heavens.
Jiu Wei's body was sent flying violently, blood trickling from the corner of his mouth. He had not expected the Tiger Clan leader to be so powerful, catching him completely off guard.
"Truly pathetic, I thought the Nine-Tailed Divine Fox was supposed to be formidable. It seems I overestimated you!"
The young master of the Tiger Clan said with a cold smile, his voice laced with chilling disdain. In his eyes, everyone from the Fox Clan today was already a lamb awaiting slaughter.
"Mother!"
Liu Wei rushed forward, embracing Jiu Wei tightly, his eyes filled with panic. He too had not anticipated his mother's swift defeat.
After all, Jiu Wei had never fought like this before; her demeanor was entirely different.
"Go, quickly leave this place!"
Jiu Wei's voice was hoarse. With matters having escalated to this point, the Tiger Clan would undoubtedly not let them off. Their only recourse now was to flee and evade the Tiger Clan's pursuit.
"At worst, we die. We are all prepared for death!"
The others spoke in unison, their voices filled with righteous indignation. Death, it seemed, held no fear in their eyes.
Hearing these words, Jiu Wei's expression flickered, and a sense of helplessness washed over her.
Even if she wished to stand and fight, she lacked the strength to do so.
"If only you had known this would happen, why did you act this way in the first place!" the young master of the Tiger Clan said coldly. "Had you agreed to our Tiger Clan's terms, none of this would have occurred. But you simply refused to listen!"
"The Fox Clan and the Tiger Clan bear an irreconcilable enmity. If I survive this day, I will seek revenge against the Tiger Clan!" Liu Wei declared coldly.
"Such impassioned words. But rest assured, you will not have that opportunity!"
The Tiger Clan leader let out a cold laugh, a chilling glint in his eyes. It seemed to him that everything was about to come to an end.
If the Fox Clan refused to submit, they must be annihilated without a trace. This was the way of the Tiger Clan.
Now that matters had reached this stage, the Tiger Clan would show no mercy.
"Men, take this Liu Wei of the Fox Clan to the Tiger Clan!" the young master of the Tiger Clan commanded coldly. "He was unwilling to accompany me before, but now he has no choice!"
"No!" the Tiger Clan leader said sternly. "Once the slaughter has begun, there is no turning back. Not a single member of the Fox Clan shall be left alive!"
"Father, you should know, my feelings for him…" the young master of the Tiger Clan began.
"A true achiever is not bound by trivialities. Moreover, it is utterly unworthy to be concerned over a mere woman!"
The Tiger Clan leader's gaze was indifferent as he spoke coldly, "Every member of the Fox Clan must be put to the sword on the spot. No survivors shall be permitted!"
The young master of the Tiger Clan's face turned ashen, his heart filled with extreme unwillingness.
Alas, matters had reached this point, and it was beyond his power to alter them.
Even his father had issued the order, and he could not defy his father's will.
"Fox Clan members, fight to the death!"
Jiu Wei's voice rang out, filled with immense fury. The Tiger Clan's actions were clearly those of bullies, and at this juncture, they would not passively await their doom.
The strong warriors of the Fox Clan nodded in agreement, their eyes blazing with a terrifying killing intent. They knew they were facing certain death today, and thus, they held nothing back.
"What's happening here?"
Just as the two clans were engaged in a fierce battle, a calm voice echoed. Lu Fan walked over, a look of confusion on his face, particularly as he surveyed the corpses scattered on the ground.
This was the Northern Abyss, home to numerous divine beasts. Yet, the scene before him was most perplexing.
"You, quickly leave. This matter has nothing to do with you!"
Liu Wei quickly warned him. Lu Fan was not a member of the Fox Clan, and it would be wrong for him to be implicated in this affair.
Seeing this, the young master of the Tiger Clan's gaze turned icy. "No wonder you refused me. So, you already have someone you love. In that case, he won't be escaping today!"
"Don't you dare do anything rash! He is not one of our Fox Clan!"
Liu Wei said repeatedly, his expression growing grave. "You are dealing with the Fox Clan, not with anyone else!"
"I can't be bothered with all that!"
His voice laced with coldness, the young master of the Tiger Clan lunged towards Lu Fan. His sole intention was to crush Lu Fan into dust.
He wanted to make Liu Wei understand who the true power was and who she should rely on.
"Are you insane!"
Liu Wei cursed loudly, his worry escalating. This matter concerned their Fox Clan, and if Lu Fan became involved, the situation would change drastically, potentially leading to his death.
"I think you're truly ill!"
Lu Fan glanced at the young master of the Tiger Clan. "Is this how your Tiger Clan conducts itself?"
"You dare insult me!"
The young master of the Tiger Clan roared, "You dare insult me, you brat! You truly court death!"
Lu Fan, however, paid him no mind. He grabbed the young master of the Tiger Clan and delivered a resounding slap. "So what if I insult you? What if I kill you!"
Witnessing this scene, the Tiger Clan members were utterly stunned. Even the other members of the Fox Clan were bewildered, having never expected Lu Fan to display such an assertive side.
The young master of the Tiger Clan was completely taken aback. To be struck in the presence of his own master was something he could not accept, his heart burning with rage.
"You are not of the Fox Clan, why do you meddle in today's affairs!"
The Tiger Clan leader's voice was cold as he fixed his gaze upon Lu Fan.
Lu Fan's aura was peculiar, making him hesitant to act rashly.
"I am indeed not of the Fox Clan, but he is my friend. If his family is in trouble, how can I stand idly by!"
Lu Fan said coldly. "Now, if your Tiger Clan leaves, I will not pursue this matter further. Otherwise, I will make your Tiger Clan understand what it means to have men beyond men and heavens beyond heavens!"
"Father, kill this brat!"
The young master of the Tiger Clan said coldly. "He is simply audacious, reaching such a level of arrogance!"
The Tiger Clan leader, however, remained silent. His eyes were fixed on Lu Fan, a sense of wariness emanating from him.
Lu Fan, on the other hand, appeared completely at ease, as if everything was mundane and not worth mentioning in his eyes.
Meanwhile, everyone could clearly sense the formidable presence of the Tiger Clan.
