Chapter 545

Chapter 545

The next day, Anton left the Rose Manor early to head to the Corridors of Amuneta Dungeon. He planned to delve the 30th floor of the dungeon for four days since his father would only arrive in Ormunda after a couple of weeks. He wanted more coins and magic items in the treasure room to boast about to his father, Anna, and his new relatives.

Anton wondered why he was already treating Selena, Belue, and Norma’s relatives as his own. Maybe because when Anders told him that he promised the girls that he would take care of them and their family, and that was the main reason why Anton’s father went to New Drennor to get them, he knew that his father’s promises became his own. He also wondered if it was an extension of him being a people pleaser.

Ever since Anton transmigrated to this world and accepted Anders and Anna as his father and sister, they had become a huge part of his life. It was as if it was very important for his survival in this world that his little family remained happy with him. Not happy in general, but happy with him. He wondered why that was so.

Before he left the manor, Anton didn’t forget to store all the sculptures and art pieces that Ronia had purchased. He planned to enchant them with his brand of lifestyle enchantments while his summons killed the dungeon monsters.

As usual, before he left, Anton told everyone that he would be back in four days and asked if they needed anything from him. They told him that everything was in order, and Mr. Jenkins told him that the gardener who planned to open a flower shop had already purchased the shop that they would use to sell the flowers from the garden.

Raymond asked Anton again if there were no side effects from the flowers from the garden, since even after a few days, those that they trimmed from the garden remained alive and thriving, and they had no inkling when the flowers would start wilting.

Anton reiterated that there shouldn’t be any problem with the flowers since even people receive huge benefits from mana water, much fewer plants. It would still be a good idea to monitor the flowers, and they should only start selling them once they were sure that the flowers would have no negative effects. Mr. Jenkins assured Anton that they would handle everything to his satisfaction.

After a few hours, Anton arrived in the mini town that was hosting the entrance to the Corridors of Amuneta dungeon. He went to the Adventurers Guild branch to get a dungeon key and headed directly to the entrance to queue. Unfortunately, the line was a little long, and based on what he could see, it would probably take an hour before he reached the entrance.

Instead of behaving like a fool by using his system and started staring at nothing, Anton decided to engage with the people in the queue with him. At first, maybe because of pride, Anton expected that the people would start to recognize him, but he got humbled a little when the adventurers in the queue with him asked him if he was queuing for his team. Again.

Anton told the adventurers that he was running the dungeon solo, and he had even reached the 60th floor. He again received the familiar, amazed expressions of the adventurers when they learned that he was capable of running a high-level dungeon solo. As usual, he started sharing his experiences inside the lower levels of the dungeon. He spent the rest of the time in the queue talking with the adventurers.

When he entered the dungeon, Anton didn’t even study the environment that the 30th floor had presented to him, and immediately summoned all of his summons and erected his tiny tent on top of his Dire Bear.

Anton hadn’t moved yet because he had to create a new ladder character, and he could only do so once he had chosen an item to transfer from his Diablo II system to the real world. He decided on the legendary sash, Arachnid Mesh Spiderweb Sash. Once he had successfully transferred the sash from the game into the real world, he immediately wore it, and he could feel his power increase, which was brought on by the sash.

After the item was transferred, Anton saw that all of his ladder characters were automatically deleted. He immediately created a new ladder Sorceress and attached the experience points that he would receive from killing the dungeon monsters to his system. That way, even if he was not concentrating on leveling up his character, his ladder Sorceress would still increase in level.

Once everything was settled, he commanded his summons to start moving and to kill all the dungeon monsters, while the Dire Bear followed behind.

Anton rotated what he was doing inside his tent during the daylight hours. He would spend several hours enchanting all of the items that Ronia had purchased, and after around three hours, he would stop doing so and start reading a novel to rest. Then he would eat lunch and start leveling up his ladder Sorceress character. Once he got tired of that, Anton would then would either watch a movie, a television show, or an anime. Then he would return to enchanting items and finally, once his summons killed all the monsters, he would leave the dungeon to start over.

For the next four days, Anton did the same thing. When the four days of dungeon delving were done, he managed to collect a total of 235,000 gold coins from selling the medium-level items that he had received. He also collected 18 high-level mana stones, bringing the total of his high-level mana stones to 164. Unfortunately, since he wasn’t managing his summons, his completed Diamond level quest remained stagnant at 48.

His new ladder Sorceress character leveled up to 30. Anton knew that it should have been more, but the majority of his time was spent doing other things like enchanting items, reading the new web novel that he was enamored of, and watching movies, television shows, or anime.

Upon exiting the dungeon, Anton returned the key to the guild and then headed to the main city to purchase two more chests where he could store his newly acquired gold coins. He made sure to withdraw all of his coins from his bank card. Thankfully, it seemed like the Adventurer Guild became familiar with his habits and didn’t question him again regarding liquifying his assets.

When Anton arrived at the Rose Manor, everyone welcomed him. He headed directly to the treasure room, followed by Mr. Jenkins, Ronia, and Torbin. He put the two new chests filled with gold coins together with the others, bringing the total number of chests filled with gold coins containing 100,000 gold coins into six chests. He also retrieved all the magic items that his summons retrieved from the dungeon and asked Mr. Jenkins, Ronia, and Torbin to arrange them in the treasure room and to tell him once they were done so he could lock the room again.

After that, he headed directly to his office workspace and put all the items that he had enchanted there. Raymond and Ronia would know what to do with them.

When he arrived in his room, Anton was delighted to see that pot of hot tea was already prepared on his favorite table beside the balcony. He could see the beautiful garden full of flowers while he drank the tea, and he felt his mind relaxing. Anton didn’t forget to cast the Blizzard spell converted into Mana Rain into the garden, and he could see the flowers welcomed the magical water.
