Chapter 1 Lin En

Lin En stood up from the edge of the large pool, having just learned from it how to leave the secret realm.

There were two ways to get out. One was to wait three days, after which he would be transported out. The other was to find the exit, located among the many small pools. Although he had suspected as much, he would have been searching forever if he hadn't asked the large pool.

Lin En had just spread his wings and flown a dozen meters when he heard a huge splash behind him.

Looking back, he saw a behemoth burst out of the water, sending water cascading in all directions.

Lin En stared in astonishment at the emerging body. Good heavens, nearly a hundred meters were out of the water, and he still couldn't see the tail?

After another fifty meters or so, Lin En finally saw the tail. An enormous serpent, about one hundred and fifty meters long, was coiling in the air.

Lin En looked at the giant. This must be the Shui Ze Long Mang (Water Marsh Dragon Serpent). Time for a scan.

Lin En nodded after reading that and gave a confident smile, indicating he couldn't withstand it.

Putting on the Dragon Suit and activating Dragon Soul, Lin En immediately flew towards the exit the large pool had mentioned.

As Lin En passed through the large pool, the Water Marsh Dragon Serpent immediately felt pain all over its body, along with a kind of invisible binding force.

The Water Marsh Dragon Serpent coiled around, trying to alleviate its pain, its gaze fixed on Lin En.

It hadn't looked away since emerging from the water.

Seeing the sudden burst of power from Lin En, its tongue flicked out involuntarily. Luckily, he flew away directly, or it really wouldn't have been a match in its current condition.

Hmm? The binding force seemed to have lessened a bit. The Water Marsh Dragon Serpent began to return to its normal size, but was restrained again after reaching two hundred meters. It felt like it would be able to recover soon.

It stared intently at Lin En, watching him plunge into another pool and disappear from view.

Lin En quickly found the exit the large pool had mentioned. He glanced back at the Water Marsh Dragon Serpent. Had it gotten bigger?

Lin En looked back at the pool, not caring if it had grown or not. He wasn't going to stick around. With a flap of his wings, he quickly plunged into the pool.

With a splash, Lin En quickly passed through the pool and exited the secret realm.

Emerging from the water, Lin En looked around and found himself still in the swamp cavern. He flapped his wings and immediately flew towards the east wall.

Reaching the stone wall, Lin En took out a pickaxe and dug in, then immediately went inside.

No sooner had Lin En stepped into the new cavern than the Water Marsh Dragon Serpent burst out of the pool behind him. The body, over ten meters long, surveyed the surroundings before shrinking to a more manageable size.

Not seeing Lin En, it could only choose a direction at random and set off.

To his surprise, the final cavern turned out to be a special one, a ferocious beast nest. Lin En cursed his luck a thousand times over.

Lin En glanced at the system message and began to clear out the rushing ferocious beasts. Fortunately, they were only fourth-order beasts.

Lin En, cutting down several beasts with one strike, wondered how long this would take.

To Lin En's dismay, the cavern was quite large. After thinking for a moment, he decided to clear a space, materialize his home, and let the demonic creatures fight the beasts.

With that thought, Lin En was immediately invigorated. Moonlight Set, Explosive Flame Slash—he used them relentlessly. In just a few minutes, he had cleared a space, including disassembling the beasts.

While the ferocious beasts hadn't yet arrived, Lin En immediately materialized his home, and the treehouse surrounded by thorn walls appeared before him.

The beasts were momentarily stunned by the sudden appearance of the thorn walls, then began to attack. Unfortunately, the fourth-order beasts couldn't break through the defenses. Even when hit by attacks with elemental advantage, the thorn walls quickly recovered.

After seeing that the thorn walls could hold off the beasts, Lin En headed towards the Demonic Creature Space.

Arriving at the Demonic Creature Space, Lin En went straight to the tavern. Pushing open the door, he found Auntie, Lilina, and Little White were all there.

Shirleyia: "Oh, finished digging the caverns?"

Lin En: "Finished, but the last cavern is full of ferocious beasts. They're still attacking the thorn walls. Auntie, please arrange something."

"The beasts I saw were all fourth-order, but there are so many of them, so there might be some sixth-order beasts."

Shirleyia nodded and said to Xiaona, a demonic creature girl who had appeared unnoticed at some point, "Xiaona, go arrange for the bored demonic creatures to go out and fight the beasts. Hmm, bring some of the sixth-order demonic creature girls as well."

Little White looked at the ferocious beasts baring their fangs and claws and nodded vigorously.

Wearing the Hero Suit, Little White took out the Holy Sword from somewhere, raised it above her head, and performed Holy Sword Retribution.

Sacred light emanated from the Holy Sword. A beam of holy light, hundreds of meters high, appeared in the cavern, illuminating it completely.
