Chapter 968 Ignite the Harbor

Chapter 1 The Dragon City Rises

The Huagong Association members received their orders and jumped out of the vehicles. Five of them carried RPGs, moved to a distance, and set up the launchers.

"Whoosh, whoosh, whoosh...!"

"Boom! Rumble!"

Explosions echoed as the Huagong Association unleashed a wave of concentrated fire, melting the villa's main gate, the vehicles on both sides of the courtyard, and the blind-spot cover.

"Quick, the attack line is cleared. Fill it with people," Wang An shouted, waving his hand as he saw the blind-spot cover destroyed.

Four squads, about thirty men, picked up their automatic rifles and rapidly advanced inside.

Clearly, the Huagong Association was well-prepared, having considered almost every aspect of the villa's surroundings. Their attack tactics were refined, indicating extensive secret rehearsals.

Su Tianyu split three battlefields, diverting manpower from five locations, and used An Xi's people, Su Tianbei's people, and the Changqing Company members who came to help, creating a top-tier turret. His goal was to get the Huagong Association into the main battlefield and take down Wu Boxin in one fell swoop.

The Huagong Association was the tactical core, so they had to work hard and risk their lives, because the brothers in the other battlefields were risking their lives to buy them time.

"Da da da..."

As the four squads charged towards the villa, a dense hail of bullets swept out from inside, turning two Huagong Association members into sieves.

Wang An, close behind, quickly took cover behind a corner and shouted anxiously, "They've reacted! Set up the cannons! Set up the cannons!"

Inside the villa, the Fifth Division's agents all raised their guns, using the windows and balconies as cover, completely focused on the villa's gate.

One of them grabbed a walkie-talkie and shouted rapidly, "Calling headquarters! We're under attack! The enemy's firepower is strong! Requesting support!"

"Hold the villa at all costs! We're on our way. Remember, you must keep Wu Boxin, no matter what! Don't let him escape!"

At the Fifth Division headquarters, Gwen put down the walkie-talkie and immediately dialed the Man City government. "We're surrounded! Notify the police! We must keep Wu Boxin here tonight."

Hanging up, Gwen grabbed an automatic rifle, shouting as she fought, "Notify the reinforcements at the train station and on Highway 705! Don't return to headquarters! Go directly to support the villa!"

...

Near the villa.

Four Huagong Association soldiers, after reloading their RPGs, approached a breach in the villa wall created by the explosions. They pointed their launchers inside and fired without hesitation.

"Boom! Rumble!"

Fifth Division agents inside who couldn't dodge in time were instantly torn apart, their severed limbs flying in all directions.

"Da da da..."

The opportunity had arrived! The four Huagong Association squads, gritting their teeth, charged through the breach in the villa wall.

"They're breaking in! Open fire! Fire!" The Fifth Division agents quickly mounted a defense, unleashing a dense barrage of bullets. Three Huagong Association members who had just charged in were immediately sprayed with blood.

Inside the villa, the space was cramped. After the Fifth Division agents counterattacked, they quickly gained the upper hand, forcing the Huagong Association members to retreat again.

"Damn it!" Wang An, a man of courage, having served in the Hua military and received training, immediately grabbed his walkie-talkie when he saw the attack falter. "Every second wasted increases the chance of total annihilation! The attack can't stall! Squad Three, pick five men to hold shields and carry directional explosives inside!"

The Huagong Association members quickly adjusted. Five men squeezed through the rubble in the wall, holding extendable riot shields and carrying directional explosive charges on their backs, charging inside with grim determination.

"Da da da..."

"Boom! Rumble!"

The Fifth Division agents quickly opened fire, using micro-machine guns, grenades, RPGs, and automatic rifles.

Three of the five advancing Huagong Association members were shot down by machine guns. Before they died, they pulled the pins on their directional charges and threw them inside.

"Boom! Rumble!"

The directional explosives detonated in the confined space, creating a terrifying shockwave. The villa's windows shattered, the corridor walls collapsed, and the Fifth Division agents hiding around the corners were instantly vaporized. Seven or eight men disappeared, leaving only blood-splattered, smoking chunks of flesh on the ground.

"Again!" Wang An roared, his eyes bloodshot.

Five more men followed.

They carried shields and directional explosives, rushing into the villa. Their running posture, attack style, and unwavering execution were unlike those of ordinary gangsters. They resembled the warriors of the Hua unification era, charging fearlessly into the front lines at the sound of the bugle.

Again and again, the Fifth Division agents hidden in the villa visibly disappeared.

Upstairs, Wu Boxin, held hostage by three white men with guns, looked down the stairwell and yelled, "Still controlling? Still suppressing? I'll suppress your mother! The policies you've put in place are destined to cause this!"

...

At the trade company in Li City Port.

Helicopters flew low, strafing at an angle, spraying bullets that pinned down Su Tianbei and the Changqing Company brothers inside the main building.

Outside the main building, Fifth Division Teams 1 and 2 advanced in a three-man wedge formation, holding shields. They were already at the main building's entrance and could breach it at any moment.

The Changqing Company brothers defended the entrance, suppressing the approaching assault team with fire whenever possible.

"Second Brother, I... I can't hold on anymore. Just shoot me. Let me die quickly!" Xiao San's eyes were unfocused, blood gushing from his abdomen. His intestines were spilling out of the wound on his side.

"San, hang in there! We're almost there!" Su Tianbei's eyes were red. He turned to A-Jie, a nearby member, and shouted, "Call them again! Damn it, ask when our people will arrive! How much longer?!"

A-Jie, his hands covered in blood, pulled out his phone with trembling hands and dialed the upper-level contact number.

Inside the trade port's first-floor lobby, Xiao San finally couldn't hold on. His head lolled to one side, his hand still reaching for Su Tianbei, his body twitched a few times, and he breathed his last...
