The Ghost Valley Master headed straight to the main hall, the two disciples watched him in surprise.
"It’s been many years since Martial Uncle last visited, why come to Linglong Pavilion all of a sudden?"
"Most likely seeking the master’s help for something."
The two disciples whispered theories.
The grand palace was filled with majesty, arousing awe and reverence.
The Ghost Valley Master entered the great hall, and an elderly voice echoed, "Junior Brother, it’s been years. I never expected you’d come to Linglong Pavilion, you truly have a caring heart."
"It’s been a full eighteen years." The Ghost Valley Master replied calmly.
"Eighteen years, and Junior Brother’s alchemy has improved significantly. Now, you’re a Celestial Immortal Grade Alchemist famed throughout the Heavenly Realm, the renowned Grand Elder of Shengxian Divine Hall." The elder’s light laughter sounded again, and within the hall, an elder in white robes appeared out of thin air, without stirring a single air current.
The elder’s hair and beard were all white, exuding an aura of immortal grace.
The elder was the master of the Linglong Pavilion, Dan Yuzi, the Ghost Valley Master’s senior brother, known as Danhun for his formidable alchemical prowess in the heavenly realm.
The elder concealed his cultivation; his depth was unreadable, but he was definitely a terrifying Emperor-level powerhouse.
"Senior Brother’s talent surpasses mine; no matter how hard I try, I can never exceed Senior Brother." The Ghost Valley Master slightly shook his head.
Dan Yuzi stroked his white beard and remarked with a light smile, "Hasn’t Junior Brother already surpassed me in cultivation?"
Dan Yuzi was at the Eighth Heaven Emperor realm, though the Ghost Valley Master’s cultivation was indeed superior.
As they talked, Dan Yuzi signaled the Ghost Valley Master to sit down, then with a wave of his hand, two cups of hot tea floated over.
The Ghost Valley Master sighed lightly, "Unfortunately, after all these years, I have yet to step into the Divine Grade."
Dan Yuzi sipped his tea, remarking calmly, "Breaking through to the Divine Grade is no easy feat; it still depends on fate. Junior Brother, there is no need to rush."
"You old undying one have already stepped into the Divine Grade, so of course you’re not in a hurry." The Ghost Valley Master cursed silently, but his expression remained unchanged.
"Junior Brother, your soul body is severely damaged, what happened? Given your soul power, there are few who can harm you even when you look across the Heavenly Realm." Dan Yuzi inquired with curiosity, staring at the Ghost Valley Master with his old eyes.
"Encountered a powerful enemy." The Ghost Valley Master replied.
"As expected, only trouble reminds you of this Senior Brother." Dan Yuzi coldly chuckled in his heart but didn’t show it on his face.
"Junior Brother, it’s been eighteen years; why the sudden visit today?" Dan Yuzi curiously inquired, not believing that the Ghost Valley Master merely came for tea.
Even if Dan Yuzi guessed the Ghost Valley Master’s intentions, he pretended to ask.
After a moment’s pause, the Ghost Valley Master asked, "Senior Brother, do you believe in someone reaching the Divine Grade at a young age?"
Dan Yuzi replied calmly, "In this world, myriad things exist; nothing is too strange to believe."
"Then has Senior Brother ever seen someone at the Celestial Immortal Grade yet has a soul realm reaching the Divine Grade?" the Ghost Valley Master further asked.
Upon hearing this, Dan Yuzi glanced at the Ghost Valley Master, frowning slightly, "I have not heard of such a thing; it’s impossible for someone whose realm isn’t at the Divine Grade to have a Divine Grade soul realm. Why do you ask, Junior Brother?"
The Ghost Valley Master replied, "There is such a person in the Ling Realm, at the Celestial Immortal Grade, yet his soul power is extremely dominant, with a Divine Grade soul realm!"
"Oh? Does such a person truly exist? Could it be this person who caused your injury?" Dan Yuzi inquired with a frown, feeling quite shocked, hearing for the first time of an alchemist at the Celestial Immortal Grade possessing a Divine Grade soul realm.
