Gentle Sleep Instructor

To My Fellow Readers

Today, I finished all the busy work at the company, completed the handover, and asked the boss for leave. I'm taking 7 days first, and we'll see if that's enough.

Nightmare Assault, a book I've been writing for two years, is reaching its final plot. I want to calm down and draw a satisfying period to it, one that will satisfy everyone.

Some of the most important foreshadowing is about to be revealed. Jiang Cheng, Wu, Fatty, and some other people have been busy for so long, and it's time for them to have a home.

Originally, according to my plan when I started the book, the final battle would be extremely tragic. After the protagonist group won a pyrrhic victory, only one out of ten would survive, and a large number of supporting characters would be sacrificed. This would be a reasonable ending, after all, the villain's power is obvious to all. In the end, defeating the Old Chairman would require not only strategy but also a large number of lives to fill the void.

But as I wrote, as I got to this point, my mentality changed.

Jiang Cheng has suffered too much. The older sister who raised him is fake, even his own identity is fake, and he doesn't even have a girlfriend.

His friends also suffer. Everyone supported each other and stumbled along the way. People kept leaving along the way, some barely stayed on the bus, but more people died, and that was it.

I don't want the scene to be bleak when the protagonist group is eating a celebration feast in the end. I want everyone to be happy, to raise a glass to congratulate Jiang Cheng for leading the new generation of Night Watchmen, to practice the justice and loyalty in his heart, to congratulate Wang Fugui on opening a large hotel, to be with his friends forever, to congratulate Wu on opening a technology company to stand up for the miserable programmer workers, and for the pitiful people of both the first and second generation Crimson to have a good home...

The above is also a bit of the author's selfishness. Zhang’s words have tormented them too much. I want everyone to be a little better, a little better.

Next, let's talk about the achievements of this book. Book fans often ask, but there is no good opportunity to talk to everyone in detail. The first order of Nightmare Assault was a bit miserable, only a few dozen, if I remember correctly it was 74. The current average order score is close to ten thousand.

This score is not high among all the books, but it is already very good for me. I look forward to breaking the ten thousand order mark one day in the near future and obtaining the ten thousand order badge. Thank you for your support. Without everyone, this book would not have lasted until now. Recalling the moment when I was notified that the chapter was blocked and required to modify the outline made me so sad that I wanted to jump out of the office window, but fortunately, I persevered in the end (I even took out my erhu, ready to practice in the nearby subway station after get off work, it has nothing to do with money, I just like it!).

I've babbled so much, and there's so much more I want to say. I'll slowly talk to you all after the book is finished. Thank you again for your continued support, and I hope that I can write an ending that will satisfy everyone. It's time to end, and it's time for Jiang Cheng and his friends to take a good rest...
