Xia Feng waited in the main hall for not long before the Old Ancestor of the Dan Sect arrived.
He was an elder with white hair and a goatee, appearing somewhat like an immortal.
"It is the honor of the Dan Sect for an Immortal Emperor to visit," Wujizi, the Old Ancestor of the Dan Sect, greeted Xia Feng with a smile as soon as he entered.
Mu Liangchen had already told Wujizi everything about Xia Feng, which was why Wujizi was so deferential.
Xia Feng politely said, "I apologize for disturbing your sect. I have some alchemy techniques I would like to seek your guidance on."

Prompted by Xia Feng, Lü Siyao immediately knelt and kowtowed three times.
"Haha... Good, good, good. I didn't expect Wujizi to still be able to take a disciple. You are now my fifth disciple," Wujizi said, stroking his goatee with great pleasure.
Meanwhile, Mu Liangchen, the Sect Master of the Dan Sect, and the Great Elder looked as if they had been hit by a bus.
Wujizi was Mu Liangchen's grand-master. Now that Lü Siyao was Wujizi's disciple, he would have to call her 'Martial Aunt'?

Just as Mu Liangchen was recovering from his shock, Wujizi looked at them and commanded,
"What are you all standing around for? Pay your respects to your Martial Aunt."

At the Old Ancestor's command, the Sect Master and the other two elders of the Dan Sect bowed to Lü Siyao.
"I... Sect Master, there's no need for this."
Lü Siyao's face was flushed red; this turn of events left her flustered and unsure of what to do.
"Siyao, rules are rules, and everyone must abide by them. You are my disciple, and their Martial Aunt. You are worthy of this bow," Wujizi instructed sternly.
"Mm, alright," Lü Siyao nodded numbly and said to Mu Liangchen and the others, "No need for excessive formality."
The change in status was too abrupt, and Lü Siyao couldn't quite accept it.
"Siyao, go down the mountain and prepare yourself. Report to the Dan Sect in three days, and you will follow me daily thereafter," Wujizi instructed Lü Siyao.
"Yes, Master," Lü Siyao replied, then walked to Xia Feng's side and bowed respectfully.
Everything that had happened was brought about by Xia Feng. This man was her benefactor.
Otherwise, Wujizi would not have accepted her as a disciple.
"Go," Xia Feng waved his hand.
After Lü Siyao left, Wujizi turned to Xia Feng and said, "Young friend, shall we proceed to discuss alchemy methods?"
"That would be excellent," Xia Feng nodded in agreement.
The two walked side by side out of the main hall. Watching them disappear from sight, Mu Liangchen warned the others, "What happened today must not be spread. The Tian Xuan Continent has another Immortal Emperor."
"Yes, Sect Master," everyone responded.
Xia Feng followed Wujizi to his alchemy area. Wujizi looked at Xia Feng and asked, "Young friend, I haven't heard of your great name before. Are you not from the Tian Xuan Continent?"
"Yes and no," Xia Feng didn't know how to explain.
He arrived in the Tian Xuan Continent immediately, so did that count as being from the Tian Xuan Continent?

Lü Dongwei thought Lü Siyao had not been selected by the Great Elder and quickly comforted her, "Siyao, don't be discouraged. You are still young. Try harder for another ten years and come back."
Lü Siyao shook her head and said,
"I have already taken a master. My master is not the Great Elder."

"Then under whose tutelage?" Lü Dongwei quickly asked.
"Under the Old Ancestor of the Dan Sect," Lü Siyao said slowly.
"Being under the Old Ancestor of the Dan Sect is also good. Although not as good as the Great Elder, she is at least a disciple of the Dan Sect."
Lü Dongwei hadn't fully processed it yet and offered his granddaughter some comfort.
