Chapter 105: Garp’s Team Sorties

Chapter 105: Garp’s Team Sorties

Kaido naturally understood Alucard’s meaning.

Though he had sustained two fatal wounds, killing him would still be incredibly difficult.

The kid named Alucard, who knew how many times he could revive? That resurrection ability must have limitations, which was why he chose to end the fight now.

In his current state, he definitely couldn’t beat Garp. He was already a tier below Garp to begin with, let alone being severely wounded. Continuing the fight with Alucard would only benefit the Marines in the end.

While Kaido had been captured by the Marines twice, that didn’t mean he was a fool who enjoyed being captured, nor did he want to let the Marines take advantage.

"Goodbye." Alucard turned to leave. With only five "revival coins" left in his inventory, continuing the fight now would be truly dangerous. There was no need to prolong it.

"That Alucard guy is planning to stop fighting," Kuzan analyzed, looking up. "It seems his regeneration has limitations. He can’t keep going, or we’ll be able to take advantage."

"Isn’t that a great opportunity? We should be able to quickly kill that newcomer now. Letting him go will surely turn him into a major threat later," Sakazuki said in a deep voice.

Indeed, a kid not yet twenty years old fighting Kaido of the Beasts to a standstill was astounding. While it was unknown who would have won if they hadn’t been present, even this much was already exaggerated. He couldn’t be allowed to escape.

Just then, the small Den Den Mushi in Kuzan’s pocket rang. Upon answering, the Den Den Mushi immediately cried out in terror: "It’s bad, Rear Admiral Kuzan! A large fleet of Beasts Pirates warships is approaching!"

Although such a development was anticipated, Kuzan’s expression still darkened. "How many are there?"

"A total of four large pirate ships! We estimate their numbers are more than three times ours!" the Den Den Mushi shrieked.

Sakazuki speculated, "Did they find out about Kaido’s situation?"

"It’s likely that one of Kaido’s subordinates has his Vivre Card, learned of his serious injuries, and rushed here," Garp said, standing up from the ground and stretching with a yawn.

"Ugh, wah!" After yawning, Garp cracked his knuckles, producing several sharp clicks.

"At a time like this..." Kuzan rubbed his temples, a headache forming, and asked Garp, "Garp-san, what’s the plan?"

"Three times the force, those little brats won’t be able to handle it," Garp said, the corners of his mouth turning up to reveal his white teeth. "We’ll split into three paths. I’ll deal with that brat Kaido, and as for you two, one will handle the unkillable kid, and the other will go support the soldiers on the shore."

After giving his orders, Garp wasted no more words. He leaped in front of Kaido, raising a hand as if to greet him. "Yo, Kaido, brat! You were much shorter the last time we met."

"Old Man Garp... coming to pick up scraps?" Kaido sneered. "When did you learn that trick?"

"Nah, this old man was just challenging his donut record while you two were fighting," Garp said shamelessly, though it was impossible to tell if he was serious.

"Enough talk!" Kaido slammed a heavy fist onto the ground, causing the earth to tremble. A slightly cracked boulder near Garp completely shattered and fell. "If you want to fight, then come! Old Man Garp!" Kaido seemed completely unaffected by the gruesome wounds on his body, his fist already coming.

"This old man will teach you a lesson, you arrogant brat!"

Meanwhile, after receiving Garp’s orders, Sakazuki decided to take on Alucard, while Kuzan would support the Marines on the edge of Baizinbur.

Kuzan didn’t object to Sakazuki’s choice; it made no difference to him, and it didn’t go against Garp’s wishes. Before leaving, Kuzan couldn’t help but warn, "You saw it yourself. He possesses the strength to fight Kaido."

The power Alucard displayed in that battle truly shocked Kuzan. It wasn’t just Alucard’s raw strength, but the speed of his progress.

’It’s only been about a year since we last met, right? I even fought him myself back then.’

To grow to such an extent in one go, he was a monster! Even Kuzan, known as a "monster" among Marine recruits alongside Sakazuki and others, couldn’t compare to Alucard’s growth rate.

"If you and Zephyr-sensei had dealt with that kid back then, none of this would be happening." Sakazuki’s lower body transformed into magma. Like a jet, he leaped from the mountain peak, flying towards Alucard. Midway, one of his arms turned into magma, and he roared, "Brat! Don’t think of running!"

"Sakazuki, is it? A mad dog. Didn’t you see I was already leaving?" Although Alucard wanted to escape at full speed, Sakazuki had already descended above his head, a massive, fist-shaped magma boulder crashing down.

CRACK! BANG!

Alucard fired his black gun, Jackal, shattering the magma fist and sending fragments scattering in all directions.

BANG BANG BANG BANG!

Alucard fired his white gun, Casull, with his other hand. Blue light flashed, pulverizing all the bullets rushing towards Alucard.

Although watching Alucard and Kaido’s battle had already demonstrated the power of those two guns, it was only in direct combat that one could truly feel their threat.

"Prepare to die, Alucard!" Sakazuki’s hands completely transformed into magma, his lava palms pressing against the ground, emitting bursts of heat.

"I have no intention of continuing this fight. Do you still want to fight me?" Alucard’s bangs covered half his face, his exposed left eye glowing with a sinister crimson light. Despite his words, the killing intent emanating from Alucard only grew more intense.

"Evil is unforgivable!" Sakazuki’s magma erupted from his hands, and he used Soru, one of the Rokushiki, instantly appearing behind Alucard.

"An ignorant mongrel!"
