Sasuke descended from the sky on an eagle, intending to kill Madara directly. In Sasuke's eyes, the resurrected Madara was easier to kill than the Edo Tensei version.
However, before Sasuke could land, Madara froze him in place. Although Madara was blind, he could still sense that Sasuke possessed the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan.
"I can feel it; your eyes are like mine, the Rinnegan. If you give me your eyes before the Rinnegan arrives, I can spare your life."
"Never! Relic of the old era, don't show yourself and embarrass yourself!" Sasuke struggled with all his might to swing his sword and kill Madara, but he was completely unable to break free.
Seeing Sasuke's refusal, Madara hesitated no further. He took Sasuke's Kusanagi sword and plunged it into Sasuke's heart.
Then, a White Zetsu emerged from the ground and handed a Rinnegan to Madara. Madara immediately implanted the Rinnegan. With the regenerative abilities of Sage Mode from Hashirama, it healed instantly, requiring no time to adapt.
Upon seeing Sasuke's heart pierced by Madara, Naruto immediately transformed into his Tailed Beast form and launched a Tailed Beast Bomb directly at Madara. Madara formed a hand seal and summoned the Gedo Statue from within Obito. The Tailed Beast Bomb was blocked by the Gedo Statue.
"Now it's your turn, you beasts!"
Madara roared with laughter atop the Gedo Statue, revealing that all of this was not by chance but part of his plan.
"I must also thank you, Li Xing, for pulling the Tailed Beasts out of Obito's body and then suppressing them."
Madara smiled at Li Xing and then controlled the Gedo Statue, extending nine chains from its mouth that firmly bound the necks of the nine Tailed Beasts.
Starting with the One-Tails, the Tailed Beasts were pulled into the Gedo Statue's body in order. The Eight-Tails, at the last moment, gave Killer Bee one of its tails, allowing Killer Bee to survive. The Nine-Tails, at the last moment, told Minato to place the Nine-Tails within Naruto, or Naruto would die.
Kushina, tears streaming down her face, quickly used her chains to pull Naruto to Minato's side. Sakura also arrived at this moment and used her Cherry Blossom Hundred Healings Jutsu to sustain Naruto's life.
Just as Minato was transferring the other half of the Nine-Tails within him to Naruto, Black Zetsu suddenly crawled out of Obito, attempting to secretly steal the Nine-Tails' chakra.
However, Obito suddenly opened his eyes and forcefully suppressed Black Zetsu with his willpower.
After absorbing all the Tailed Beasts, the Gedo Statue was absorbed back into Madara's body. Madara's hair began to turn white, his clothes transformed into the Sage of Six Paths' robe, and Truth-Seeking Balls materialized behind him.
Next was the other Rinnegan. Madara walked towards Obito and motioned for him to come closer.
Obito stood before Madara and asked if Madara was responsible for Rin's death. Minato and Kushina, along with Kakashi, were all astonished, and Rin herself looked bewildered.
"Obito, where did you hear that? You'd rather believe someone else's sweet talk than trust me? I told you, you are me, you are the savior of this world. Come, return to my side."
Madara extended a hand, beckoning Obito. Obito slowly walked towards Madara. Kakashi tried to stop him but was phased through by Kamui.
Obito reached Madara and, without hesitation, thrust a hand into Madara's chest. Madara, having anticipated this, reached out to gouge Obito's Rinnegan.
However, Obito's target was only to obtain some chakra from the One-Tails and Eight-Tails. Once he had it, he immediately leaped back.
"I am not you. I am Uchiha Obito, the Uchiha Obito who aims to be Hokage. Kakashi, send Naruto into the Kamui dimension!"
With that, Obito and Kakashi used Kamui together. Kakashi sent Naruto and Sakura into the dimension, while Obito absorbed himself.
Madara knew that Kamui would materialize himself during the absorption. Seizing this opportunity, he threw a Truth-Seeking Ball. However, Rin suddenly blocked Obito, turning back to look at him with a smile.
"That's good. I couldn't protect you in life, but now I can finally protect you and Kakashi."
Obito, seeing Rin shield him from the attack, shed a tear and then entered the Kamui dimension, leaving behind only an apology.
Li Xing, of course, wouldn't stand by. Rin was someone he had resurrected through Edo Tensei, and it would be a shame for her soul to be destroyed like this.
Li Xing quickly arrived beside Rin, grabbed the Truth-Seeking Ball with one hand, and poured chakra into it with the other, preventing Rin's soul from dissipating.
"Li Xing, aren't you going to enter the world of Infinite Tsukuyomi? Then hurry up and help me retrieve the Rinnegan."
Madara knew that Li Xing's strength was not inferior to his own and that he was helpless against Li Xing. He began to use his powers of persuasion on Li Xing.
"That's right, I want to experience Infinite Tsukuyomi. But there's no rush for that. I also want to witness the combat of the Eight Gates." Li Xing turned his head and looked at Guy on the other side.
"Haha, has the time finally come for the Leaf's Blue Beast to appear? Then let me stop this person!" Might Guy laughed heartily and leaped before everyone, assuming a stance.
"Eight Gates, Seventh Gate, Open!"
"Daytime Tiger!"
Guy immediately used Daytime Tiger upon his arrival, as he knew the immense power of his opponent and could not afford any carelessness.
However, the punch pressure from Daytime Tiger was unable to inflict any damage on Madara. After the punch, Madara stood unharmed, looking at everyone with cold eyes.
"As expected, Daytime Tiger is ineffective. It seems I must open the final gate." As Guy was about to open the final gate, Kakashi stopped him.
"Stop, Guy. If you use that, you'll die too."
"Kakashi, don't try to stop me. My father once said this is a technique that can only be used when you must protect what is most important, even at the cost of your life. This is precisely the time to do so!"
Kakashi stood by, not knowing what to say, but still preventing Guy from using the Death Gate. Kushina looked at Li Xing, hoping for his help, but Li Xing found a place to sit down and reminded them that time was running out. If the Death Gate wasn't used soon, everyone would die, and even Naruto's life would be in peril.
Hearing Li Xing's words, Guy immediately pushed Kakashi away and placed a thumb on his chest.
"Formation of the Eight Gates! Eighth Gate, Death Gate, Open!"
Suddenly, the blue steam emanating from Guy's body turned red, his hair and eyebrows turned red, and he appeared like a Super Saiyan.
Madara frowned, sensing something was wrong. The next moment, Guy appeared above Madara and struck the air, sending Madara crashing into the ground.
"Evening Elephant! First Cannon!"
As he was about to throw his second punch, Guy's body couldn't bear it, and his arm joints dislocated, forcibly interrupting Evening Elephant.
Madara seized this opportunity to fly into the sky, avoiding a direct confrontation with Guy. However, after a moment of adapting to the pain, Guy stomped on the air and ascended, continuing to punch.
"First Cannon!"
Madara knew Guy's speed was incredible and immediately used a Truth-Seeking Ball to block in front of him. Before the pressure from the first punch ended, Guy had already appeared behind Madara and delivered a second punch.
"Second Cannon!"
"Third Cannon!"
"Fourth Cannon!"
"Fifth Cannon!"
After delivering five consecutive punches, Madara was pinned by the air pressure and unable to move. The final punch directly made Madara spit out a mouthful of blood.
