Chapter 345: Chapter 345: Do You Think I’m Dead, Elias Hawthorne? (Part 1)

Aaron Warren sneered, "Stubborn and ignorant!" He slammed a bottle of medicine on the table, "Take a good look. This is the medicine formulated according to your prescription! The ingredients are exactly as Master Void described. Do you still want to deny your guilt?"

Raina North laughed, "Revealing the ingredients can prove there’s a problem with the medicine? Aaron Warren, as a Pharmacist, how could you say something like that? I’m truly impressed."

"Raina North, you’re deliberately twisting my words. What I mean is, the two herbs in these manufactured drugs are indeed ten times the amount Master Void mentioned."

"She says it’s ten times, and it’s ten times? I can say someone tampered with my prescription!"

"Eloquent as a reed!" Aaron Warren said, "Hand over your prescription. Whether there’s a problem or not, we’ll know after checking it,"

Raina North looked at Aaron Warren as if he were a fool, "You already said this is my prescription. Have you ever seen someone openly publish their prescription? What if you secretly sell my secret formula to other countries? Wouldn’t I be causing a huge loss to the nation and its people?"

Aaron Warren’s face turned red with anger, "Am I that kind of person?"

Raina North shrugged, "The human heart is deceitful, who knows what kind of person you really are. How about this, Master Void keeps saying there’s a problem with the medicine made from my prescription, then let her produce a problem-free prescription. Didn’t Master just say this was a prescription I stole from Ghost Doctor’s Vale?"

Seeing everyone’s eyes focused on her, Void’s face stiffened slightly but quickly recovered. She adopted a cold demeanor, "I apologize, this is a secret of Ghost Doctor’s Vale, I’m afraid I cannot comply."

Even though it was known from the start that it was impossible to see the prescription from Ghost Doctor’s Vale, hearing Void’s refusal was still disappointing.

The situation seemed to have reached a deadlock at this point.

Aaron Warren saw Raina North’s leisurely demeanor and sneered, "Raina North, you are clever, but do you really think this will absolve you of guilt?"

"Since Chief Warren keeps insisting I’m guilty, then please provide evidence, or I won’t accept such baseless accusations."

"What if I provide evidence proving there’s a problem with your prescription?"

"Then I’m willing to take responsibility for the deceased, let myself be sent to prison until the end of my days, how about that?"

"Fine, since you won’t shed tears until you see a coffin, we can only grant your wish." Aaron Warren looked at Raina North with cold indifference.

He truly loathed Raina North, clearly a woman with inappropriate conduct and a promiscuous lifestyle, yet she not only infiltrated The Veridian Institute of Medicine to become a Pharmacist but even more absurdly became the First Lady of Southgate.

Does she even deserve it!

Aaron Warren picked up an iPad, opened a video, and tossed it in front of Raina North, "See for yourself, look if there’s any trickery!"

Raina North took the iPad and quietly watched the video.

Aaron Warren coldly observed for a while, then asked in an icy tone, "Raina North, you’ve watched the video. Can you now tell everyone if there’s an issue with the anticancer drug production process? And don’t even think of saying the video was fabricated; any computer expert can verify it easily!"

Raina North withdrew her gaze, "There’s no problem with the production process."

Once she said this, the rest of the people were in an uproar.

"No problem? Raina North actually said there’s no problem!"

"Since the production was according to strict standards, yet people died, doesn’t that mean Raina North’s prescription is the issue?"

"I originally thought Raina North was a genius who developed the anticancer drug. But in the end, it’s a deadly poison!"
