Chapter 71: Chapter 71: The Jealous Husband
She took out her phone and saw that the teacher had sent her the course schedule.
She politely responded, "Thank you, Teacher."
She opened it.
And was completely dumbfounded.
How come there’s only classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday afternoons?
Looking at it this way, she only has to attend classes for three afternoons a week.
She couldn’t help but think of her freshman year schedule, where there were over ten classes a week. How come now...
She quickly sent a message to the teacher to ask.
But the teacher replied with just this schedule.
The man noticed her unusual expression, "Serena, what’s wrong?"
Serena Yeats looked at the schedule on her phone, furrowing her brows.
"There are so few classes in sophomore year, only classes on Monday to Wednesday afternoons, and that’s it."
This seemed a bit unreasonable.
Elias Lancaster said, "Isn’t it nice to have it easier?"
Serena Yeats shook her head, "I just find it unbelievable. But this way, I have a lot of time to spend with Yara and Yuri."
Elias Lancaster’s face darkened with jealousy, "Only spend time with them."
Those two little rascals, he planned to send them to the Lancaster Family.
Serena Yeats covered her chest, "Master Lancaster, focus on work and earn milk money to support the babies. Besides, spending time with them is spending time with you too."
Even though Elias Lancaster felt uncomfortable, he said nothing after hearing that last part.
Once they returned home, she had already put those things aside, focusing all her attention on the two babies.
She hadn’t seen her Yara and Yuri all day and missed them terribly.
The two children were now drinking formula, so she could attend school with peace of mind.
While eating, Serena Yeats kept glancing at the little bed where Yara and Yuri were.
They were just too adorable.
She looked forward to the day when Yara and Yuri would call her mom. She would be the happiest mom ever.
After dinner, Serena Yeats and Elias Lancaster each carried a baby back to the room.
As soon as they entered the room, the two babies woke up.
Delighted, Serena Yeats played with them, kissing one and then the other, chatting with them for quite a while.
"Yara, Yuri, Mommy is going to school, so be good at home!"
"Going to school means I won’t see you all day. Mommy will miss you so much. Will you miss Mommy too?"
She chatted with the two babies, who listened attentively and even smiled from time to time.
But Master Lancaster, off to the side, was not happy.
Watching his wife happily talk to the two kids, he couldn’t even get a word in edgewise.
Moreover, his wife hadn’t spared him a single glance, her attention wholly on those two lads.
Instantly.
He was envious, envious of his own two sons.
He sat down on the sofa, arms crossed, watching the interaction between Serena Yeats and the two children.
His face darkened, hoping Serena Yeats would come and comfort him.
However...
For quite a while, that woman’s focus remained on the two kids, completely ignoring him.
Master Lancaster got angry, stood up, and went to the bathroom.
It wasn’t until she heard the bathroom door close that Serena Yeats glanced up, feeling something was off but unable to pinpoint what it was, so she let it go.
She lowered her head and continued playing with the two little treasures.
But not long after, the two little ones started crying. She reached out to test the corners of their mouths, and they immediately sought her fingers, mouths open.
Turns out they were hungry. She had to carry them to find the nanny.
After feeding the babies, Serena Yeats returned to the room, taking out the equipment to pump out the remaining milk.
Just as she started, the bathroom door opened.
Elias Lancaster came out after showering and narrowed his eyes at the scene before him.
Serena Yeats hadn’t expected him to come out so suddenly, quickly turning away as her face reddened, "You go out first."
There was no way Elias Lancaster would leave.
Not only did he not leave, but he also walked over, "The babies aren’t here?"
Serena Yeats’s face turned even redder, feeling this man was honestly too cheeky!
"Mm, they’re asleep. You go out first."
She had just started pumping and couldn’t stop now, so it would take a little while to finish.
If she’d known, she would’ve gone to the nursery.
Unfortunately, hindsight can’t be purchased!
Elias Lancaster simply sat down on the bed, staring at her.
Serena Yeats grew anxious. "Can you go out first?"
This man had such thick skin.
But she couldn’t do anything about him, so she could only turn her back to him.
With a red face, she cursed Master Lancaster in her heart.
He was too bad!
After a moment.
Every minute felt like torture to Serena Yeats.
Finally, amidst the long wait, she heard a beep, took off the breast pump, and dumped it out.
She stood in the bathroom to calm down.
Only after finishing her shower did she realize she hadn’t brought her pajamas or bathrobe.
So.
She cracked open the bathroom door slightly, quickly peeking outside to find that the man was still in the room.
She could only helplessly ask for help.
"Elias, can you pass me my pajamas?"
Elias Lancaster picked up the pajamas and walked towards the bathroom, "Put them on."
Serena Yeats dallied in the bathroom, not coming out until half an hour later.
She hadn’t seen the two babies all day and wanted to go and spend more time with them.
But as soon as she stepped out of the bathroom, she met the man’s gaze.
Like... a hungry wolf, a familiar look!
Serena Yeats was startled and turned to leave.
"Wife."
She had just lifted her foot when the man called her.
Instantly, Serena Yeats felt her waist ache and legs go weak.
Elias Lancaster advanced toward her step by step.
Serena Yeats turned and looked at him with pitiable eyes; her clear, large eyes so captivating they begged to be bullied.
Elias Lancaster swallowed, went over to pick her up horizontally, walked to the bed, and laid her down, pinning her beneath him.
Serena Yeats pressed her hands against his chest, "Wait... wait a minute, I... I have to go to school tomorrow."
This man had such stamina. Every day she begged, and he wouldn’t stop. If it’s like before... how will she make it to school tomorrow!
Unhappily squinting, Elias Lancaster said, "Tonight, you kept playing with those two little rascals, kept looking at them."
Just the thought of it annoyed him.
Serena Yeats was stunned. She hadn’t expected him to say something like this!
Was he... being jealous?
Jealous of his own two sons?
Serena Yeats looked at the man before her, disbelief in her eyes: how could he be so... childish!
Even jealous of his own sons!
She instantly stood her ground, "I haven’t seen the two babies all day. I missed them a lot."
Elias Lancaster gazed into her eyes, "What about me?"
All night, she hadn’t spared him a glance.
Master Lancaster’s jar of jealousy overturned.
Serena Yeats accused him, "You picked me up from school, and I chatted with you the whole time. I only played with the babies for a bit, and after they fell asleep, it was just the two of us!"
She’d only played with the babies for a little while.
Besides, who was it before that had asked the grandparents to take the babies away on their full moon day? She hadn’t seen the babies for half a month because of that.
The man whose jealousy spilled out wasn’t talking sense.
"I don’t care!"
Serena Yeats was speechless and accused him outright, "You’re too domineering!"
Elias Lancaster lowered his head to kiss her, biting her lip as punishment.
The man nibbled inch by inch.
Powerless, Serena Yeats lay limply on the bed.
The man’s kisses were domineering and forceful, leaving her no opportunity to refuse, and she succumbed immediately.
He looked at the person beneath him; her dazed expression was incredibly enticing.
The next day’s class was in the afternoon; tonight... they could sleep in tomorrow morning, then attend class in the afternoon, and his wife wouldn’t be too tired.
With this thought, his hand slid across Serena Yeats’ chest, "Do you want it?"
