Mu Anxiao considered for a moment, then let go. "Fine, you go in. I'll figure something out myself."
"What are you preparing to..."
"Stop the nonsense. You go on your way," Mu Anxiao interrupted him ruthlessly.
Feng Qi Shi, seeing the wind rise, nodded speechlessly and turned to walk towards the school gate.
Mu Anxiao glanced at Feng Qi Shi's retreating back, then pulled a disk from her pocket and sighed, "Damn it, the wolf demon's soul aura isn't showing up. This piece of junk." Shaking her head, she put the disk back into her pocket.
"What are you doing?"
Hearing the voice, Mu Anxiao, recalling the recent incident with the student whose bangs were cut, came up with a plan.
"Hello," she calmly turned to face Uncle Chen and greeted him with a smile.
"Oh, you can smile," Uncle Chen exclaimed in surprise.
"I don't smile at people I don't know well. With you, I'm more familiar," Mu Anxiao explained.
"Haha, you really are unique," Uncle Chen chuckled.
"Many people say that," Mu Anxiao admitted modestly.
"Is that so?" Uncle Chen said, leaning in to peek at the school gate. "Are you trying to get in?"
"To be honest," Mu Anxiao feigned dejection and lowered her head. "I've never been to school, nor have I ever experienced what it's like to go to school. If it's possible, could you take me in for a few days to experience it?" She then looked up and smiled at Uncle Chen.
Uncle Chen looked at Mu Anxiao's smile, which seemed strange in some indefinable way, and stiffened his expression before nodding. "Well, it's not impossible, but, as you know, I'm here to work. This school isn't mine. If I let you in, it would be against the rules."
"Alright," Mu Anxiao stepped aside. "I won't go then."
Seeing Mu Anxiao like this, Uncle Chen's heart sank, and he asked, "Do you really want to go in?"
"Yes, but seeing how difficult it is for you," Mu Anxiao sighed, "then I'll forget about it."
"This..." Uncle Chen hesitated.
Mu Anxiao cautiously glanced at Uncle Chen and said, "I don't want to make things difficult for you. Since you can't fulfill my wish, I won't force it."
Uncle Chen, who was still hesitating and worried, saw Mu Anxiao's strong desire to learn and said, "Alright then, come in with me."
"Will the school have any objections?" Mu Anxiao asked, feigning concern.
"Don't worry about that. As long as I say you're my relative, there won't be any problems," Uncle Chen stated firmly.
"Thank you," Mu Anxiao bowed slightly.
"You're welcome, you're welcome," Uncle Chen smiled and stepped forward to help Mu Anxiao up.
And so, Mu Anxiao, using the pretext of kinship, smoothly entered the school with Uncle Chen. Through Uncle Chen's arrangement, she also obtained a verbal permit to be an observer for three days.
Office...
Mu Anxiao sat at the corner of Uncle Chen's desk, curiously glancing around. She whispered, "Um, do you have a student named Hu Yuan here?"
"Hu Yuan," Uncle Chen repeated, then thought for a moment and said, "Well, believe it or not, we do."
"You know him?" Mu Anxiao asked excitedly, though her voice remained very low.
"I'm teaching his class today."
"Can I go with you?" Mu Anxiao whispered.
"You were told to choose a class to stay in for three days. If you wish, I can help you..." Uncle Chen leaned in and lowered his voice. "...apply to stay in Hu Yuan's class for three days."
"Is that possible?" Mu Anxiao hadn't expected things to go so smoothly and was filled with joy.
"Yes, it's possible," Uncle Chen nodded.
"Then I'll choose Hu Yuan's class," Mu Anxiao said immediately.
"Alright, you can come with me later. I'll inform their homeroom teacher," Uncle Chen instructed.
Mu Anxiao nodded.
The school bell rang, and Mu Anxiao followed Uncle Chen to the outside of Hu Yuan's classroom. Their homeroom teacher was also polite to Mu Anxiao.
"You must be Mu Anxiao," the female teacher said.
Mu Anxiao bowed slightly. "Hello. I'll be troubling you for three days."
"You shouldn't say that. However," the teacher smiled, "you are indeed an exception. We've never had an observer like you before."
"Thank you for the trouble," Mu Anxiao said, lowering her head slightly.
"You can go in. The empty seat in the last row is yours," the teacher suddenly became serious.
Mu Anxiao said nothing, walked past her into the classroom, indifferently glanced at the classmates whose gazes were fixed on her, and walked towards the empty seat next to the trash can in the last row.
At the same time, the wolf demon, two rows away, turned its head to look at Mu Anxiao, thinking, "Uh, why is that guy here?"
Mu Anxiao felt the wolf demon's presence, so she turned her head to look at the wolf demon who was staring at her and thought, "I didn't expect you to be so lucky."
"Why are you here?" the wolf demon asked.
"Don't worry, I'm not here for you," Mu Anxiao finished her thought and walked to the desk to sit down.
The wolf demon frowned, then turned its gaze back to the female teacher walking onto the podium, ceasing to communicate with Mu Anxiao.
"Class, today we have an observer in our class. She will only be with us for three days. None of you should bully her."
"Teacher, what is an... observer?" a female student in the first row asked eagerly.
The female teacher glanced at Mu Anxiao in the last row and said, "They just watch from the side and don't participate in any student activities."
"Shouldn't they be called auditors?" a male student in the third row asked.
"She's just here to experience high school life, so she's called an observer," the teacher explained. xxs壹贰
"Oh, I see," the male student said again.
The wolf demon rested its chin on its hand, looking at the female teacher on the podium, and mentally told Mu Anxiao, "This teacher is not someone to be trifled with. Be careful."
"I can see that," Mu Anxiao thought back, without even glancing at the wolf demon.
"Be careful," the wolf demon added.
Mu Anxiao said nothing, rubbed the tip of her nose, and turned to look at a female classmate who was staring at her, blinking her eyes.
The female classmate was embarrassed by Mu Anxiao's gaze and quickly looked away.
The first class ended. Mu Anxiao hadn't understood a single word, having slept through the entire period.
The wolf demon came to Mu Anxiao's desk, nudged the sleeping Mu Anxiao, and whispered, "Wake up, wake up."
Mu Anxiao did not respond.
"Wake up quickly," the wolf demon said impatiently and gave Mu Anxiao's shoulder a forceful pat.
Mu Anxiao suddenly woke up with a start, sat up, and glared at the wolf demon, saying lazily, "Are you looking for death?"
"Come out with me for a moment," the wolf demon pulled Mu Anxiao's arm, turned, and walked forward.
Mu Anxiao yawned, glanced at the classmates beside her who were clearly disgusted with her, and said, "What are you looking at?"
Upon hearing Mu Anxiao's indifferent voice, the classmates quickly returned to their own activities.
Mu Anxiao patted the desk, stood up, and followed the wolf demon.
After she had completely left the classroom, the classmates began to discuss their displeasure.
"School is a place for learning. What is she even doing here?"
"Exactly. She doesn't learn anything and just sleeps here. What does she think this is, her home?"
