Chapter 443 Computer File

After dinner, Jiang Ziyu washed the children and sent them to their rooms early. By the time Di Mingjue returned to the room after finishing his work in the study, Jiang Ziyu was already lying in bed resting.

He turned on the dim light in the dark, casting a warm yellow glow. Di Mingjue walked to the bedside and gently touched Jiang Ziyu's shoulder through the quilt, "Ziyu?"

There was no response.

Seeing that the person under the covers remained motionless, Di Mingjue carefully lifted a corner of the quilt and lay down on it, reaching out to turn off the light.

Back in darkness, Jiang Ziyu opened her eyes. She felt Di Mingjue moving closer and pretended to turn over, shifting her body.

Her body missed, and Di Mingjue, seeing that he occupied most of the bed, lifted his head and glanced beside him.

"Be careful, you'll fall off if you move again," Di Mingjue said, warning her.

When he first came in, he thought Jiang Ziyu was asleep, but now he could clearly feel that she was awake and was rejecting him.

To give her a surprise, he had practically pushed himself to the edge of a cliff.

After he said this, Jiang Ziyu indeed stopped moving.

The night passed, and the next day, when Jiang Ziyu woke up, Di Mingjue was no longer beside her. She got up and found a piece of paper left on the bedside table.

[Remember to eat breakfast. If there's anything, call me.]

Jiang Ziyu placed the note back in its original position and got up to leave the room.

The three children were playing in the living room.

"Mommy!"

As Qianqian called out, Di Jianhan beside her turned his head.

"Uncle," Jiang Ziyu walked over and greeted him proactively.

Di Jianhan looked up and glanced at her. "Did you two have a fight?"

Di Mingjue had been going out early and coming home late recently, and even Di Jianhan had noticed that the atmosphere between them was very unusual.

"No," Jiang Ziyu replied. After thinking for a moment, she added, "He's been a bit busy with work lately."

"Busy with the company?" Di Jianhan's words carried a hint of mockery. "Just wait and see, you two won't go the distance."

Did he not know if the company was busy? As soon as he was curious if they had argued, Di Jianhan had contacted company employees to find out about Di Mingjue's recent activities.

He was going out early and coming home late every day, but his time was not being spent on work.

Jiang Ziyu listened silently; there was no point in saying more.

After spending time with the children, she returned to her room. She took out her phone, sent Di Mingjue a text message, and then went to the study to use his computer.

While waiting for the computer to boot up, Jiang Ziyu noticed a piece of scrap paper by her feet. She bent down to pick it up and placed it on the table.

A ship?

Had he been busy with these things all this time?

The screen lit up, and Jiang Ziyu looked at the folder placed alone on the right side. Driven by curiosity, she moved the mouse cursor over the file.

Her hand holding the mouse hesitated, and her mood suddenly lightened. She seemed to know what Di Mingjue had been doing lately! xxs壹贰

Jiang Ziyu turned off the computer and tucked the piece of paper she had picked up into the stack of documents on the corner of the desk.

As she left the study, her phone rang in her pocket. Di Mingjue's name flashed on the screen, and she immediately slid her finger to answer.

"Did you use the computer?" Di Mingjue asked nervously.

He had been busy just now, and after seeing Jiang Ziyu's message, he suddenly remembered the content on the screen. Filled with apprehension, he awaited Jiang Ziyu's response.

"No, I don't need the computer anymore," Jiang Ziyu said calmly.

She felt him exhale on the other end and couldn't help but curve her lips upwards.

Di Mingjue patted his chest and mumbled involuntarily, "Good, that's a relief."

"Is there something you're hiding from me? Stored on the computer?" Jiang Ziyu teased him intentionally.

As expected, as soon as Di Mingjue heard her words, the tension he had just relaxed spiked again. He took a breath and racked his brain to defend himself, "Of course not. I just remembered the computer seems to have a password, and you might not be able to open it if you tried to use it."

"Then what's the password? I'll try," Jiang Ziyu said, deliberately taking a step and pausing in place.
