Chapter 355: The Queen of Tempest II
An intense wind suddenly picked up in the region! The wind rose and spread across the air like a tempest, and Gruwen quickly turned around to look at Gina! Gina was standing with her hands held out, and there was a bright purple light shining around her body as she called on every single bit of power that she had! The wind responded to Gina’s orders and picked up with even more ferocity as it began building into a mighty hurricane!
Gruwen put her hands up to her face, and the Skyking let out a massive cry as the wind began to blow both of them back! Gruwen planted her feet as the wind picked up even more, and she was shocked when she saw the buildings and rocks around them being pulled out from the ground and into the air!
’Is she trying to destroy the city!?’
This thought went through Gruwen’s mind as she prepared to unleash another flame attack that would take out the wind around her, but she was shocked when the wind suddenly picked up with even more intensity, and this time, she was pulled off her feet and into the air!

Gina felt a weight lift from her shoulders. Her entire body went through a sudden calmness that she couldn’t describe with words even if she wanted to, and at the next moment, Gina felt her feet leave the ground. The winds all around the region lifted Gina into the air, and as Gina rose, the hurricane surrounding her increased in intensity! The gale winds tore through the town like it was a vengeful spirit set on a path of pure destruction! If anyone used a satellite to look down from space and see what sort of damage was being unleashed on the town, they would only see a massive, unstoppable hurricane! The wind carried everything into the air like toys and swung them around relentlessly! The Imperial Guards and rogues from Radagan, as well as the subordinates in Jason’s Legion, couldn’t go anywhere close to Gina due to the intense winds! And those who were too close found themselves dragged in by the ferocious winds!
Gina had finally broken through the limitations placed on her as a human, and she had crossed into a plane that had only been reserved for true mages. This was the first moment when the Queen of Tempest would show just how much destruction she was truly capable of!
Gina’s mana poured out from her body like a wave of pure energy! The bright purple mana surged into the sky and fueled the wind with even more ferocity, and the wind responded to that ferocity by increasing its intense movement! The houses and trees for miles around Gina were uprooted and thrown into the sky! People flew off their dragons, and dragons were thrown about mindlessly! The wind began to create a massive cylindrical shape around a two-mile radius that rose up into the sky and carried everything with it! Somewhere in the midst of this madness, Gruwen grit her teeth as she grabbed a hold of a massive rock that was flying around rapidly! Gruwen had no idea what was going on! She knew that this woman didn’t have this much power just a few moments ago! How the hell did she suddenly become so strong!?
With the way Gina was now, Gruwen knew that they were both were on the same level of strength! But the only difference between them was that, unlike Gruwen, who was a melee fighter that was good at one-v-one battles, Gina was an area-of-effect fighter who could supplement her powers using natural wind, and she was using that added power to completely eradicate everything around her! Gruwen had no idea how much mana Gina had, but Gina had already destroyed the entire town, and Gruwen was sure that at this rate, she would end up killing both her enemies and allies!
"Gruwen! You need any help!?"
A voice suddenly shouted from the side, and Gruwen turned sharply to see that Talum was crouching on the rock beside her! How the hell did he get here!? Talum smiled at Gruwen as he turned to look at Gina as well. Talum had been in a city on the eastern side of Radagan when he noticed the massive hurricane brewing, and since Talum knew that Gruwen was in this town, he quickly abandoned the fight in the eastern town while leaving his dragons behind to continue helping the Radagan soldiers, and he came here to help Gruwen out. It was obvious that Gruwen was in way over her head!
"Let’s use the wind! We’ll only get one shot, so make it count!"
Talum suddenly said this to Gruwen, and Gruwen gripped her sword tighter as she nodded! Gruwen had no idea how Talum managed to get through the hurricane, but it didn’t matter either! She was just glad that she had another General here to help out! Gruwen and Talum suddenly ignited their swords in fire, and their whole body lit up in a bright yellow aura as they shot off into the hurricane! The aura around their body was pure fire-type mana that was enveloping them from the wind mana around and making it easier for them to move! It was a very advanced technique, but they didn’t use it often because of how much mana the technique consumed! They could only use this technique for about one minute before they would need to deactivate it! They dashed through the debris and wind like rockets, and Gina turned towards their position when she felt two mana sources moving through her attack! Gina frowned in anger, and she thought about increasing her mana output, but she stopped when she thought about Jason and how he fought. Jason never tried to use excessive mana to win a fight. Instead, he found the most efficient way to end the battle as quickly as possible. Gina closed her eyes and spread her senses out towards the various things in her storm, and she smiled when she could feel all of them through her mana!
WOOSH!
WOOSH!
WOOSH!
The rocks and debris were flying around uncontrollably, and Gina redirected them using her mana and shot them at the Generals like bullets! Each rock was as large as a house, but they rained down like a storm, and both Gruwen and Talum were unprepared for it! Talum quickly used his [Emberstorm] to destroy some of the debris, but Gruwen wasn’t able to destroy the debris quickly enough, and she was bashed out of the air by the massive rock! Talum screamed her name and quickly changed direction to go after her, but she was moving far too quickly for him to catch her! Gina sent more projectiles towards Gruwen and before long there was an entire asteroid belt of debris slamming into Gruwen and sending her crashing across the storm! Talum had completely abandoned attacking Gina and he charged straight for Gruwen! He enveloped his body in fire and crashed through the rocks that were trying to hit Gruwen before he grabbed the unconscious woman and held her tightly to his chest!
BAM!
BAM!
BAM!
Even with the selfless action, Gina didn’t care at all! Gina continued her attack, and she made the decision that she wouldn’t stop attacking until they were both dead! But all of a sudden, Gina heard a loud roar echo over the horizon, and she felt genuine fear pass through her heart as that roar seeped into her very bones! The wind around Gina began to slow down, and the two Generals were dropped to the ground in a lifeless heap, but Gina wasn’t paying them any attention at all. Instead, Gina was looking up at the massive figure that appeared on the horizon. The figure grew larger as it got closer, and Gina was shocked when she realized what she was looking at!
’Is that a dragon!? It’s huge!’
The giant red dragon flew over the town, and its body was so large that it managed to cover the entire region in its shadow! But as the dragon was leaving, Gina noticed a figure sitting on the dragon’s back, and she couldn’t stop herself from muttering a name in shock.
"Riyala?"
