Chapter 265 Suspected of Having Problems

"No," Jiang Ziyu replied, raising her hand to touch her burning cheeks. The scene just now flashed through her mind, making her already flushed face even hotter.

The old lady now believed her words even less. She took Jiang Ziyu's hand and led her to the sofa. "If you're not feeling well, you should say so. Stubbornness will only lead to suffering."

Pressed onto the sofa, the old lady's time-worn hand rested upon it.

"She's a little warm. Butler, contact Dr. Lin."

The butler immediately dropped his task and contacted Dr. Lin.

No matter how Jiang Ziyu explained, the old lady didn't listen.

And so, Dr. Lin was inexplicably summoned. Seeing Jiang Ziyu, who had no apparent issues, Dr. Lin asked curiously, "Can you feel discomfort in any specific part of your body?"

How could she explain? That she was blushing because she was shy?

Jiang Ziyu sighed deeply, stood up from the sofa, walked a circle, and then bounced a bit. "I'm really fine. It was just a misunderstanding."

Now, even the old lady believed her. Di Mingjue, however, grinned widely and laughed happily from the side.

He was the culprit, yet he dared to grin so broadly and laugh merrily!

Seeing Dr. Lin packing his tools, Jiang Ziyu walked up to him. "Since Dr. Lin is here, why not examine him? He's been very weak lately."

When her words reached other ears, they took on a different meaning. Dr. Lin assumed her mention of weakness referred to his "male" capabilities and his gaze automatically fell upon Di Mingjue's crotch.

His legs might not be functional, but he still possessed basic male abilities.

Di Mingjue shielded himself with his hand, trying his best to retort, "I'm fine."

As soon as he spoke, Jiang Ziyu walked up to him, looking worriedly at Dr. Lin. "He's shy. Why don't you go inside and examine him?"

Now, even the old lady by their side cast a doubtful gaze at Di Dongsheng. After all, the Di family's future depended on him; they couldn't have their lineage end with him.

Under Jiang Ziyu's coaxing, Dr. Lin was completely convinced that Di Mingjue was simply shy and followed the suggestion, pushing Di Mingjue into the inner room.

Within minutes, the entire Di residence knew that Di Mingjue seemed to be impotent and required a doctor's examination.

Di Jiancheng returned from outside and looked at the servants crowding at the entrance of the front hall.

"What are you all gathered here for? What's so interesting?" Di Jiancheng pushed through the crowd, his curiosity piqued as he walked inside.

The old lady, holding Qianqian, looked worriedly in the direction of the room. Jiang Ziyu, on the other hand, appeared relaxed, joining the servants in watching the commotion.

"Mom, what are you guys doing?" Di Jiancheng scanned the area, but saw nothing particularly noteworthy.

The old lady ignored him, holding Qianqian's hand, conveying her inner tension and unease.

Getting no response, Di Jiancheng casually leaned against the sofa. He tilted his head up to look at Jiang Ziyu and tried to ask, "Niece-in-law, what are you all looking at?"

Jiang Ziyu, mimicking the old lady, also remained silent.

Di Jiancheng then shifted his gaze to Qianqian. Thinking that she was mute, he tactfully refrained from asking further.

Inside the room.

Dr. Lin looked nervously at Di Mingjue. "Mr. Di, don't be nervous, I'll just do a simple examination."

Nervous?

Di Mingjue looked at the large beads of sweat on Dr. Lin's forehead. "You should be saying that to yourself."

His expression stiffened, and Dr. Lin bashfully lowered his head, wiping his sweat.

"I'm fine, she's saying that on purpose," Di Mingjue didn't tease him any further and directly explained. "Just go through the motions, and when we go out, tell her I really have a problem and scare her a bit."

This was also why Di Mingjue was willing to go into the room with Dr. Lin.

The words circled in his mind, and it took Dr. Lin a long time to digest them. He felt like a fool; this was clearly a peculiar marital quirk.
